Located inside Heartland Mall, Ground Floor.Walking distance from Kovan MRT and Kovan Wet Market.Public Parking only on HDB Car Parks nearby, as Heartland Mall does not have any parking facilities.Quite good menu items, typical with any Thai food restaurant.Prices are reasonable, so do expect "What you pay, What you get" standards.We tried the Green Curry Seafood .. was average, with small pieces of fish, prawns, squid and beans.Red Tom Yam Soup with Prawns was average, with some fresh prawns and codiments.Egg Plant with Chicken was above average, fresh with chopped chicken meat and spiced sauce.These few dishes goes well with just plain white rice.Ended off with a Chendol dessert .... presentation was good, but tasted quite bland .. the "greenish" condinent was soggy with no taste at all. - wonder what happened ???Overall, this place serves above average Thai food, at reasonable prices, with Good Staff Services ... good for dining alone, couple and family.

12/5/2024 6.40pmThe receptionist asks me to wait as my group of 3 only I have reached by the entrance.However, the uncle behind me with a group of 7 only the uncle has reached the entrance, the receptionist let the uncle go in and have seat first.Then the receptionist just ignore me and left me at the entrance. No further instructions.Some more, there is empty seats for nearly 20 mins. I queue and wait at the entrance for more than 30 mins.You don’t allow reservations, and don’t let people enter with double standards.6.50pmLet a guy also with 4 but only him has reached the entrance to enter.In the end, I was asked to sit on the middle seats instead of side seats, while sharing with another table.Receptionist details: Guy in specs, white mask, black polo, navy pants with belt

First time trying. Green curry was decent thgh prefer the veg to be softer. The kailan and beef was really well fried. Kudos to Fatie for noting our request to make the food less spicy; her friendliness and cheerfulness truly made the meal a delightful and pleasant one.

Love the food here and the warmness of their service.However lately the taste of the Pineapple Fried Rice is not as delicious as it used to be. The pineapples used are young and more sourish in taste compared to their previous version and the portion of the rice seem to be getting smaller. Hope can bring back to the previous standard.

The staff is ok, food arrives promptly, but it does not taste anything like Thai dishes. Sanook kitchen elsewhere is like Tampines is much better. Please get your cook's dishes evaluated by a real authentic Thai cook.

Visited this outlet for dinner and order fried chicken, sambal sotong and fried kai Lan. Portion of food is about right for 2 to 4 person and the veggie is fried nicely and also tasty. Like the fried chicken was fried just right and not too sweet and also juicy. Sotong was nicely cooked and very tasty and goes well with rice. Reasonable price and good food, is a good place for meal.

i ordered Green Chicken Curry. It was okay but the soup was too thick and coconuty for my taste. the price is reasonable. It’s great for quick casual meal. The staff are polite and attentive.

Two weeks ago, I ordered some food for dinner through Grab delivery. Portions were good and were nicely packed with no spillage(also thankful to the delivery rider who did a good job). We enjoyed the food so much that we decided to dine-in at the restaurant this time.Ordered the following:Green curry chickenPineapple Fried RicePad Thai with prawnGlass noodles with prawnOmelette with prawnThe green curry is still as good as the last time we ordered, gravy was thick, creamy and fragrant and it went so well with the fried rice.The rest of the dishes didn't quite meet our expectations though, pad Thai and the glass noodles were very oily and we ended up feeling very 'jialat' from eating them. The glass noodles were mildly sweet, but apart from that it tastes largely bland, no umami taste from the prawns at all. Similarly, the omeltte with prawns lacks flavour and was also bland, and when combined with the oily staples, it makes the entire meal really jialat.Quality and standard of the food varied quite vastly between the two times we ate (Grab delivery and dine-in). Perhaps the timing played a part too, for the delivery order, it was made before dinner peak but when we dined in, the restaurant was mostly packed. However, having a lot of customers shouldn't be a reason why the restaurant can't prepare quality food.Besides, service is just average. Not sure was it because the server didn't understand English, or she just didn't want to answer when we tried to speak with her a few times.Overall, you can go give the restaurant a try. On a lucky day, you might just get really well cooked food, on other days, you might just not.

Two star rating is because the food tasted incredible when we first went there. The price point is decent enough & the service is great. Staff is super friendly & helpful! However, the second & third time after was a disaster. The food arrived cold, the meat tasted bland, the drinks (milk tea) were so diluted, and the vegetable lacked any spice that the menu claimed it has. The tom yum is still good though but it definitely dipped in quality. Idk what's going on because all three times were at the same branch and all in the span of less than a year. Hope they will do more quality checks for their food quality & taste.
