You need to use a QR code to order. When I had a clarification and asked the waitress, who came over to serve the next table, she requested me to wait for a while, understanding it was a busy Saturday evening. However, the same waitress walked by me four times afterward and didn't attend to my needs. When I approached her and reminded her that she asked me to wait, she apologized but then began arguing about the situation. This marks my second instance of encountering poor service at Sanook Kitchen in East Point Mall.

The phad Thai takeout was badly fried, the few chicken pieces was obviously leftovers chunks and a few pieces of fried bean curd. The server just drops the small containers of chilli and peanuts into the main box. Disappointing food

Sanook Eastpoint has the worst service attitude ever!!!!! Staff are zombies!!! When you order its like "what the hell you want" attitude!!!! Super sickening. Its been going on for the past three years. So when you go there, be prepared to spoilt your day. (I have been to the Bedok Mall Sanook and service there is excellent everytime).

Tom yum chicken soup was too salty, only manage to eat the chicken. Prawn omelette was overly oily. Thai style Kang kong is nice as well as the green curry. Quite affordable

No matter where we try to sitIt’s still so hot. Haha!And, the “air” is warmer than our served foods.We started drinking the soup abt ten mins later but it was not even warm. Too salty but overall taste okay Lah.This $38++ set included a fried fish too. Pretty fresh and nice. The vegetables tasted alright but note that it’s also not hot.So famished we didn’t bother to question them la.For this price, I think still okay to try if you are a fish lover.The fish on ala-carte basis costs around $30 if I remember correctly, that’s why we ordered the set.

Overall quite good this time. Halal thai eatery, and had basil chicken (instead of pork) and mixed vegetables. Not too spicy overall. I would say the original pork dish is better than chicken, but this was pretty good, nonetheless. Finished off with chendol, which was acceptable, if not the best I have tasted. Price to taste ratio was pretty good, hence the 4 stars. Ambience was pleasant enough, although it can get busy, and staff, though busy, were trying hard. Food came quickly after ordering.

The food was amazing, the staff attend to all our needs and demands. I am highly satisfied with the service lead by Farah and her team members. Good job! U earn yourself a regular customer!

Overall food was consider good. It have a few outlet in SG. Service was good, popcorn 🍿 was serve while waiting for food. The vegetable have the wok hei 👍. Fried fish was good but Tom Yum soup can be more flavourful. Service was fast and friendly.

Shared the ~ $32 two-person set with a friend comprising Thai green curry, stir-fried vegetables, Thai fish cake, and prawn egg omelette. The set also came with two servings of white rice. Food was delicious and the portion was more than sufficient for two. I had to order another bowl of white rice because I still had a lot of dishes left after finishing my first bowl of white rice. The Thai green curry could have been spicier but the star dish for me was the prawn egg omelette. Staff were friendly but could have been more attentive. The branch is quite small but with a decent seating capacity for its size. Overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience because of the great food.

Fried Rice is slightly oily but it tastes good.Dessert was a well-done to me.Overall to me, price is at the high side, providing that the environment is not so comfortable at this branch. Quite a still air in the restaurant, not sure whether is the aircond not functioning well and could smell an unpleasant raw meat/kitchen waste scent....If the dining atmosphere could be improved, then I don't mind paying current price for a decent meal.
